Ralph was a cool dude.  Do you buy his idea? I believe we are light. Pure energy. Some of us burn just a little purer is all. When we are really shining people notice.  Think about all the times you felt all eyes on you. Do you want to replicate it?

Have you ever been hypnotized by another human being?  You couldn’t take your eyes off of them. What is the shine coming from? 

I believe it is self-love. When someone loves themselves unconditionally it makes energy. When energy is present it is attractive to others and they will follow you.

Knowing this energy and using this energy for business is the difference between the really good teams and great teams. I know what I value and therefore I align what I want with those values. It manifests synergy.
