I was recently with a client in New Jersey and the energy of the place was intoxicating.
Both Friday and Saturday, I experienced a buzz that had me on the edge of my chair.
I love that feeling when I bump into it!
That “feeling” was joy. And it came in the form of engagement.
Wanting nothing more than to serve the customers that were there in the store…the associates were “all in” and
engaged.
The part that got me really excited is knowing my client wants more!
They want to take their game to the next level.
Bringing me to their store is proof of that.
So now the steps are being put in place for heightened awarenesses.
A process that always bears much fruit.
A fruitful Abundance that has the following ingredients:
- Vision
- Plan (road map)
- Accountability
- Expectations (everyone’s part)
- Transparency and Clarity (positive intent)
- Communication (healthy conflict)
- Coaching and Mentoring (all associates)
- Focusing on What they want
- Results (attention to every detail)
Working with people that consciously choose to be the best version of themselves is an honor that I cherish.
My commitment to them exceeds the concept that this is work.
Because it isn’t work, but pleasure.
Pleasure being in Purpose doing what I do, serving and mentoring everyone that is “open” to it.
I love working with anyone that knows, or at least intellectually knows, that everything is a choice.
Being in Purpose versus being in Drama is a choice.
My hope is that you experience this wonderful feeling everyday of your life as well.
