Simon Sinek is a hero of mine.
I love how he articulated his passion in his book, Start With Why.
I’m not sure what his core values are but I assume one of them to be Passion.

His passion for what he believes exudes out his pores, like sweat on a marathon runner.
When you get time please Google Simon Sinek Ted Talk, and you’ll see what I mean.
Click on the one that says…Simon Sinek: How great leaders inspire action.

You will discover that he does a wonderful job of telling the differences between really good leaders, and the really poor ones.
The leaders that inspire our hearts and emotions are the leaders we remember.
They actually meet us where we are, feel what we feel, and help us move past our own fears and into the challenge ahead.
Simon says, “People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.”

He goes on to describe the Law of Diffusion of Innovation and how really good leaders can tap into the belief of those who seek what you believe.
…“They do business with people who believe what you believe.”
This is when the paradigm shifts. The tipping point occurs.

When coaching a business, a group, or person, that is the goal for transformation… I seek the “tipping point”.

The part when the vision is so clear it tips past all Scarcity and Fear into living in Abundance, Purpose and Values.

My hope for you and your company is that you have a plan to do just that. Create a shift.
But first you must know why you do what you do and what do you really want to achieve.

Blessings to you on your journey.
