Reality isn’t something you perceive, it’s something you create in your mind. What are you making up in your mind?

Is what you believe real, factual, and data rich?

How many assumptions or judgments are clouding your reality?

And consequently, are the facts and data influenced or skewed by fear, shame or other disruptive emotions?

Isaac Lindsky’s brilliant Ted Talk will shed light on these very important questions I’ve posed.

These questions are the questions all Leaders must ask themselves at times.

He challenges us to let go of our excuses, assumptions and fears and to accept the awesome responsibility of being the creators of our own reality.

As Leaders, we must be conscious of what we want to create.

What is the Vision you want to share?

Are you willing to put your stake in the ground and stand for it, build your life around it, and kindle your legacy?

As mentioned in the video, Helen Keller said the only thing worse than being blind is having sight but no vision.

I encourage you to “Wake Up” to the best version of your reality and make it happen!
